Men's Health Fellowship

Overview

This is a one year paid Men’s Health Fellowship. The Men’s Health Fellowship will enable the fellow to acquire an advanced body of knowledge and level of skill in the specialty to assume a leadership role in teaching and research in the field. The Fellow will participate in clinical and surgical activities at the Men’s Health Center at UCI Health Newport – Birch Street, UCI Medical Center in Orange, the outpatient surgery center and the new Irvine Hospital when it opens.

Attend SUFU, ASRM, ISSWSH and WMSM meetings (optional)

Applicant Qualifications

Candidates must hold an MD and have completed a US Residency Program in Urology. Candidates must be U.S. or Canadian citizens. Candidates must apply for a California medical license, Fluoroscopy License, and DEA certificate before starting the program in July.

Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG): Candidates must be graduates of a World Health Organization-recognized medical school, hold an ECFMG certificate, and completed a postgraduate training in their home country.
